My Qualifications
Debra Weiner joined Stifel Nicolaus through the acquisition of Ryan Beck & Co. by Stifel Financial Corp. in 2007. She is a financial professional who has been advising individual and institutional clients for the past 25 years, 19 of them as a Senior Vice President at Ryan Beck. She also holds the designation of Accredited Asset Management Specialist and personally oversees the management of $180 million of customer assets.
She graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a degree in Economics.
Ms. Weiner is the immediate past President of the Westchester Jewish Conference, the Jewish Community Relations Council of Westchester with over 140 member organizations. She is a past president of Bet Am Shalom Synagogue in White Plains, New York, where she also served as the Ritual Chair, and was the 1999 recipient of the Generation-to-Generation award from the New York Jewish Reconstructionist Federation. She is currently serving on the Board of the American Jewish Committee Westchester Chapter and on the Government Relations Committee of UJA-Federation of New York in Westchester. Ms. Weiner has also served on the Westchester Synagogue Task Force for UJA Federation and served on the Advisory Board of the Westchester Jewish Chronicle LLP.
Debra is a frequent speaker at public forums on investments with topics that include retirement, issues surrounding estate and pension planning, tax-advantaged investing, and asset management and allocation.
Ms. Weiner is a lifelong resident of White Plains, where she lives with her husband, David, and sixteen-year-old daughter.
